Less than 10,000 people have watched all 48 World Cup games

In a recent X post, Front Office Sports revealed the exact number of people who have watched every game in the 2026 FIFA World Cup so far.

“9,722 people watched all 48 initial World Cup matches on Fox and FS1, according to Nielsen data. There are a total of 104 matches in the tournament,” FOS tweeted.

Considering the tournament is entering its knockout stages, the number of people tuning in is only expected to increase.

But how many out of the 9,722 people will continue to watch every game? Well, that’ll be revealed once the tournament concludes.

2026 FIFA World Cup is already the most-attended tournament in soccer history

Aside from shattering broadcast records, the 2026 FIFA World Cup has also broken the all-time attendance record.

It was earlier revealed that 3,605,357 fans have already attended the tournament, shattering the all-time attendance record in soccer history.

Of course, the tournament being expanded to 48 teams has played a crucial role in it. Either way, it goes without saying that this edition of the World Cup is already successful.
