World Cup concession prices have quickly become one of the tournament’s loudest off-pitch talking points.
Scotland fans in Boston were faced with beer prices near $20, while England supporters heading to Dallas have already seen warnings about expensive drinks, water and food.
This time, though, it was not beer or burgers causing disbelief. A pretzel at Belgium vs Egypt in Seattle became the latest stadium price to spark anger.
Fans stunned by $13 pretzel at Seattle Stadium

Footy Scran shared a picture on X showing a pretzel priced at $13.49, around £10.10, at Seattle Stadium during the World Cup.
The reaction was immediate, and supporters could not believe how much a basic stadium snack costs.
“You have got to be f—— joking,” wrote one fan.
Another added: “HOW MUCH??”
A third said: “Ten f—— quid for a bit of bread? No f—— chance.”
“The United States only wanted to build a wall to keep people in to force these prices because you can get reasonable scran in Mexico,” a fourth X user stated.
The frustration fits a wider trend. World Cup venues in the United States have already been criticised for expensive food and drink, with Boston and Dallas both drawing attention.
Atlanta has provided the contrast. Mercedes-Benz Stadium was praised after listing chips at $3.50, fries at $3, cheeseburgers at $5, 20oz American draft beer at $9 and craft or import draft beer at $11.
For fans in Seattle, that only made the pretzel price look worse.
