Sime Darby Property @ Bandar Ainsdale is turning the sales gallery into a festive, family-friendly hangout for two days – with a CNY bazaar, acrobatic lion dance, hands-on workshops, mascot appearances, and a big launch moment for Arina 2! 🤩

What to expect (and why it’s worth popping by)
1) A CNY bazaar on both days (10am-6pm) 🛍️
Come hungry and curious! Snack a bit, browse a bit, and pick up CNY goodies while soaking in the festive vibes.
The CNY festive bazaar runs across both days, with food and drinks, CNY items and accessories, handmade goods, and more. Expect plenty of “wah, this one nice” moments – walk in for a quick look, walk out with treats and a few surprise finds.
2) Workshops (10am-6pm, while stocks last) 🎨
Great for families, couples, or anyone who wants to bring home something made by hand. These sessions are quick, festive, and perfect for a cute CNY keepsake (or something the kids will proudly show off all day):
Slots are limited, so come early if you want to make sure you don’t miss out!
3) Only on Saturday: the “peak CNY energy” lineup 🧧
Saturday (7 February) is the bigger programme day, with classic CNY moments happening back-to-back:
- 🎁 SURPRISE GIVEAWAY: AEON vouchers & Touch ‘n Go cards (10:30am)
- Acrobatic lion dance and firecrackers (11:00am)
- Yee sang toss (12:00pm)
- Fok Lok Sau mascots appearing at 12:00pm, 2:00pm, and 4:00pm (3 sessions, 1 hour each)
On the same day, Sime Darby Property will be launching Arina 2 at Bandar Ainsdale, featuring 20’ x 70’ single-storey linked homes – one of the most sought-after homes in Seremban.
