• The couple married on 20 October at the Viva Las Vegas Chapel, but Mulroy's blue metal band slipped off on the Las Vegas Strip during their wedding night celebrations.
• Mulroy, who had been paralysed in a motorcycle crash earlier in the year, died shortly after returning home from the wedding trip.
• Bishop had initially reassured her husband that the ring could easily be replaced, but it has taken on irreplaceable sentimental value following his sudden death.
• She is appealing to anyone who might have found the ring to return it to help preserve the memory of her late husband.
