At my peak weight, I was still exercising… but eating like a teenage boy who just discovered buffets. Result? Industrial-grade snoring.
I tried mouth tape, nose sprays… even saw my ENT, Dr James Kok. He told me my snoring could be linked to sleep apnea, which may increase long-term risks. My options were:
– Lose some weight
– Or sleep every night with a CPAP (aka the Darth Vader mask).
So I chose weight loss. And it worked. My wife sleeps again, and for the first time in 10 years… she even complimented my thigh muscles.
Love > abs.
If you snore, get yourself checked. I saw ENT Dr James Kok at Sunway Damansara Medical Centre, and his advice helped me figure out my next step. @entdocjames
