I’m a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! is back for another year, with famous faces including rapper Aitch, former Spandau Ballet bassist Martin Kemp and broadcaster Ruby Wax.

Tonight, 10 celebrities entered the Australian jungle, where they will endure gruesome tasks and nail-biting challenges.

For the debut episode, Kemp, 64, and Aitch, 25, were joined by Kelly Brook, comedian Eddie Kadi, and EastEnders actress Shona McGarty in a helicopter jump onto a beach.

Meanwhile, Wax, Jack Osbourne, Emmerdale star Lisa Riley, former Lioness Alex Scott and YouTuber Angryginge came face-to-face with snakes within seconds of joining the show.

It was revealed at the end of the episode that Wax and Angryginge would take on the first Bushtucker Trial of the series.

I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! begins tonight at 9pm on ITV1, STV and ITVX.

A promising start

Sunday 16 November 2025 22:37 , Jacob Stolworthy

As far as I’m a Celebrity launches go, that was the best in a while – perhaps due to the show not being marred by featuring a controversial contestant (see: Matt Hancock and Nigel Farage).

It was an understated affair and all the better for it. The contestants seem like a pleasant, entertaining bunch. Let’s see how things shake out.

Join us again tomorrow for all the action from episode two!

Ant and Dec enter camp

Sunday 16 November 2025 22:32 , Jacob Stolworthy

The public has been voting for the first official Bushtucker Trial, which is called “The Divey” – and Ant and Dec reveal the celebrity set to take it on is...

Angryginge AND Ruby Wax

“Who can cook?” Jack asks. Cue silence. Turns out the camp chef has been elected.

Everyone arrives in camp – and it's dinner time

Sunday 16 November 2025 22:29 , Jacob Stolworthy

But some are stinkier than others AKA the lot who were in “the cocky van”. The van crew won six stars, meaning they get a luxury dinner of *drumroll* emu neck. Shona is NOT happy.

Sunday 16 November 2025 22:21 , Jacob Stolworthy

Martin Kemp howling with laughter in the van while everyone was screaming at the insects has to be an episode highlight.

Back to the cocky van

Sunday 16 November 2025 22:20 , Jacob Stolworthy

Cut back to the unsuccessful stars who are left to fend for themselves in “the cocky van”.

“Something’s gonna go on here,” says Martin, stating the obvious, with Kelly Brook adding: “It’s just screaming horror movie.”

Seconds later, maggots, cockroaches and other insects drop from the ceiling, covering the celebs from head to toe.

Papa Osbourne's in the camp

Sunday 16 November 2025 22:11 , Jacob Stolworthy

Jack Osbourne manages to start a fire despite some unhelpful teasing by Aitch and Ginge.

Ozzy’s son has positioned himself as the dad of the group, a role he seems happy to take – but Martin might have a thing or two to say about that.

Sunday 16 November 2025 22:03 , Jacob Stolworthy

Jack Osbourne and Angryginge are the recipients of keys to the getaway car and they join Aitch and Eddie Kadi for an opening night of luxury.

Meanwhile, for Ruby Wax, Alex Scott and Lisa Riley, the cocky van carriage awaits, where they join Kelly Brook, Martin Kemp and Shona McGarty.

The second crop of contestants, including Jack Osbourne, are now vying for two spaces on the luxurious getaway car that’ll get them into camp quick speed.

They have to put their hands in a box filled with creepy crawlies to retrieve their keys – but their heads will be placed in an insect-filled box simultaneously. Yikes.

Ruby Wax is clearly this year's diva

Sunday 16 November 2025 21:50 , Jacob Stolworthy

I’m finding Ruby very funny, but can imagine the majority won’t.

She’s particularly having a lot of fun with Angryginge, teasing him over his real-life surname Burtwistle (”I can see why you changed it”) and comedically pushing him out of the way whenever he steps into her light.

Alex Scott is here

Sunday 16 November 2025 21:48 , Jacob Stolworthy

“I’ve never cooked kangaroo balls, but I’ve kicked balls for a living” – former Lioness and Arsenal Alex Scott, there, with perhaps the best line yet.

She also revealed she once washed Ian Wright’s pants. The revelations are rolling in!

Lisa Riley and Angryginge are next up

Sunday 16 November 2025 21:46 , Jacob Stolworthy

Emmerdale star Lisa Riley and YouTube star Angryginge are the next contestants.

For those wondering what content Angryginge creates, he sums it up quite well by saying he does the Gogglebox of videogames, whereby his followers watch him playing computer games.

Ruby Wax has already dropped a Trump anecdote

Sunday 16 November 2025 21:44 , Jacob Stolworthy

Ruby Wax, who once interviewed Donald Trump, says she was once a guest on his private plane, where he told her he wanted to one day be president. Ruby’s response? She laughed, which got her booted off the plane (not when it was in midair).

Sunday 16 November 2025 21:37 , Jacob Stolworthy

Martin, Kelly and Shona climb into their carriage, which is this monstrosity called the cocky van (named after the cockroach on the roof)

If the episode preview at the start is anything to go by, nothing good is going to happen in there.

The winners of the getaway car spaces are...

Sunday 16 November 2025 21:34 , Jacob Stolworthy

Aitch and Eddie Kadi! This means Martin Kemp, Shona McGarty and Kelly Brook face an uncertain journey into camp that will be significantly tougher than the getaway car.

Sunday 16 November 2025 21:32 , Jacob Stolworthy

I’m not gonna lie: if I were wearing my nice fresh summer clothes and had to wade through all of this, I would not be happy.

But on second thoughts, if I were getting paid 10s of thousands of pounds like they are, I’d probably just get on with it.

Ant and Dec explain next stages for this lot

Sunday 16 November 2025 21:29 , Jacob Stolworthy

“Don’t get too comfortable because that was only the start of your journey into camp,” the hosts tell the first crop of stars.

Two celebs will be travelling in via a getaway car in “the fastest, most direct route into camp”, which guarantees them the comfiest beds and steak for dinner.

But to win one of the seats, they have to take on a trial that sees them trawl through what very much looks like blood and guts. There’s a lot of wretching.

Sunday 16 November 2025 21:26 , Jacob Stolworthy

Martin Kemp and Shona McGarty no longer just have EastEnders in common; they both jumped out of a helicopter to appear on I’m a Celebrity.

The first Spandau Ballet joke of the series

Sunday 16 November 2025 21:25 , Jacob Stolworthy

Ant and Dec just played the song “True” in the studio while discussing Martin Kemp, in what we should safely assume will be a recurring theme this series.

My thoughts exactly

Sunday 16 November 2025 21:20 , Jacob Stolworthy

You can almost hear the producers screaming: “ACT SURPRISED.”

Sunday 16 November 2025 21:17 , Jacob Stolworthy

Next up to parachute down is comedian Eddie Kadi, who said he’s doing I’m a Celeb for his daughter. So this will win him some serious dad points.

It's parachute o'clock

Sunday 16 November 2025 21:15 , Jacob Stolworthy

As if this lot didn’t realise when being flown onto the show that they would have to parachute their way down. The show’s only been going on for, y’know, 22 years.

In what won’t go down as their most flattering moments on TV, Aitch and Kelly Brook are first to jump out of the plane. Aitch says it’s the best thing he’s ever done in his life - and this guy’s worked with Ashanti!

Martin Kemp makes a confession

Sunday 16 November 2025 21:13 , Jacob Stolworthy

Spandau Ballet and EastEnders legend Martin Kemp, whose son Roman was an I’m a Celeb runner-up in 2019, reveals that he breaks wind a lot. Fartin’ Kemp, if you like.

Whitney from 'EastEnders' enters jungle

Sunday 16 November 2025 21:11 , Jacob Stolworthy

Otherwise known as Shona McGarty.

Gotta be honest, having only ever seen her as Whitney in doom-and-gloomy soap EastEnders, it’s refreshing to see her laughing.

Kelly Brook’s been doing her research and has concluded that sheep testicles have collagen in them, which she’s deeming a win if she gets voted to scoff them in Bushtucker Trials.

Anything that gets you through, Kel!

Aitch is an early favourite to win

Sunday 16 November 2025 21:07 , Jacob Stolworthy

The older viewers might not know who he is, but Aitch is a Brit Award-winning rapper with about 20 top 20 hits, so you can bet he’ll coast through thanks to the young’uns watching.

Sunday 16 November 2025 21:03 , Jacob Stolworthy

Cue opening titles. Ant and Dec are back to guide us through this year’s series – and Ant’s already had to swat a bug from his face.

The pivotal voting shake-up that will change series for better

Sunday 16 November 2025 13:41 , Ellie Muir

This year’s series will include a new rule that the contestants don’t face repeated Bushtucker Trials.

For the first half of the series, viewers decide who takes on the show’s gruesome challenges, in which stars are forced to face their fear of creepy crawlies, heights or enclosed spaces.

Fans have shown a tendency in recent years to repeatedly vote for the same people to take on the challenges – but ITV producers are clamping down on this with a new rule.

According to The Mirror, contestants will only be permitted to do two Bushtucker Trials in a row. If they’ve done the challenge for two days, fans won’t be able to vote for them on day three – but will be able to vote again after this.

Everything you need to know about contestant Eddie Kadi

Sunday 16 November 2025 11:38 , Ellie Muir

Eddie Kadi has made history as the first Black-British comedian to headline London’s O2 Arena, hosted multiple radio shows and taken part in Strictly – but thinks this will be his toughest challenge yet.

“Not to take it away from Strictly, as Strictly was really hard, but the jungle will be harder,” he said. “You don’t get to interact with anyone other than your campmates. If things get a little emotional or frantic, you will have to deal with it and there is no escaping.”

Who is Angry Ginge? Popular YouTube star completing ‘bucket list item’ on I’m a Celeb

Sunday 16 November 2025 10:36 , Ellie Muir

ITV has signed football content creator Angry Ginge, real name Morgan Burtwistle.

While his fanbase might help him stay on the show, Burtwistle has predicted that they’ll also vote for him to do the Bushtucker Trials.

“If I am honest, I think most of them will vote for me to do every single trial,” he said. “There is not one trial I am looking forward to, but I would never say ‘no’ to the challenges.”

I’m a Celebrity salary ‘leak’ reveals how much stars are getting paid

Sunday 16 November 2025 09:33 , Ellie Muir

The Sun reports that this year’s highest-paid star is Brit Award-winning rapper Aitch, who is reportedly making £250,000 for his appearance.

This would be a considerable step down, however, from the highest-paid stars’ salaries in recent years, which saw Coleen Rooney and Nigel Farage bag an alleged £1.5m for signing up.
