During Wednesday night’s episode, Danny Jones spoke candidly about his struggles with anxiety, admitting he has been in therapy since he was 19.
The 38-year-old singer from Bolton rose to fame for being a part of the band McFly, alongside Dougie Poynter, who won the show in 2011. Now a judge on The Voice, the musician revealed that he struggles with his mental health.
“I’m always constantly worrying, but that’s what I’m working on,” he said. Read more:

Tulisa and Coleen Rooney have found an ingenious way to get round the makeup ban on I’m a Celebrity.
The N-Dubz singer and TV personality have looked markedly put together during their first week in the jungle, causing fans to question whether they snuck cosmetics into the show.
I’m a Celebrity contestants are banned from bringing makeup to camp, however Contostavlos, Rooney and Loose Women’s Jane Moore appear to have products on their brows, lips and eyes.Read more below:

Reverend Coles, too, has spoken ahead of his late arrival in the jungle.
“I have flown in from Brazil and the Amazon to do this, as I have been giving some talks there,” he said. “It’s a tougher gig being the late entrant as you already have some groups forming. And I am nervous of getting in there and not recognising people. You could be talking to the most famous influencer in the world and not know who it is. So that will be tricky.
“I am also worried about how I am going to cope with educating myself on 500 calories a day. Five hundred calories is normally elevenses for me! But at least having been in Brazil and the Amazon, I will be jungle ready. There is both trepidation and anticipation, but I accepted the offer because this is my kind of thing. I do know Ant and Dec too - Dec and I share a love of sausage dogs! We’ve swapped pictures before of our sausage dogs.”

“It is quite scary going in later,” Higgins said, ahead of her entry into the jungle. “They have all met and got to know each other. It’s never easy being the newbie, but I am not a shy person, so I feel like I will be fine. It will be nice to bring some energy to the camp.”
“My family are very, very excited,” she added. “They have told me to come back with a crown. How would I feel to win? It would be absolutely incredible and who doesn’t want to be the Queen of the Jungle?! But I’m definitely not going to go in with that expectation with my fears. My fears might get in the way!”

Really moving moment too as Oti tearfully talks about her brother, who died by suicide when he was 16.
“I don’t think young boys tend to talk that much and the suicide rate is so high in young men especially, so I think it’s important that you keep telling people to talk about it,” the TV star said.
Opening up about her own experience, she shared: “I had a brother who committed suicide when he was 16 and I think if he had spoken to someone about what he was feeling, it would’ve been a different turnout.”
Hailing from South Africa, Mabuse said that the situation was made more complicated by cultural expectations.
“Especially in our culture, we don’t really open up,” she said. “Every year we celebrate his birthday, but it’s the people that are still left with the aftermath that feel it every single day and you have to go out in the world and be strong and happy and bubbly and positive, but it’s tough.”

Tulisa getting real about her arrest, and facing years in prison after being set up by a journalist.
“2013 was the year I was set up by a British newspaper, for concern in the selling of class A drugs,” she said.
“The guy’s name was Mahmood and basically, I was approached by a big movie company and they sent me a tweet or a DM from their official account to audition me for a movie role.”
The singer, who has previously said she had never taken any drugs other than weed, provided the number of a friend who was an aspiring movie producer, hoping to “make a hook up as well for that person”.
She said, “The long story short is they ended up ordering £800’s worth of cocaine from the number that I had given them. Then before I knew it, I was being arrested in the concern of the selling of Class A drugs and I was facing four years in prison.”

I’m a Celeb star GK Barry has revealed Miranda Hart as the inspiration for her comedy.
The Loose Women star and content creator is one of 10 contestants currently being doused in bugs in the I’m a Celeb jungle, and used some rare downtime in the camp to discuss her upbringing and sexuality.
Barry, who is speculated to be earning low five-figures for her participation in the show, told her campmates that she first discovered comedy through studying episodes of Hart’s hit BBC sitcom.
“I used to watch the boxsets of Miranda to learn how to be funny,” she said, adding that it wasn’t until she began cracking jokes that she overcame her insecurities as a teenager. “I was really lanky,” she said. “Buck teeth. Gap. Hairy arms. Greasy hair.”
