Smart rings are all the rage. The finger-worn bits of tech might look like stylish jewellery, but they can track everything from sleep and workouts to heart rate and stress, all without requiring a bulky smartwatch strapped to your wrist.
The downside? The best smart rings don’t come cheap so I’m always looking for deals on the tech – and this Amazon Prime Big Deal Days, prices have plummeted on some of my favourite wearables, including the Oura ring 4 and Ultrahuman ring air.
As an Amazon Prime-exclusive sale, you’ll need to be a Prime member to unlock the savings, with a 30-day free trial currently available to those who have yet to subscribe. As Beyoncé once said, if you like it then you should put a ring on it, and with prices this good, I’d recommend taking her advice. I’ve rounded up the best Prime Day smart ring deals worth snapping up below.

Oura ring 4
Last year’s Oura ring 4 is one of the best smart rings you can buy, and right now you can pick it up at its lowest-ever price, with Amazon slashing a huge 50 per cent off for Prime Day. After months of testing, I found it way more comfortable, durable and accurate than its predecessor in my Oura ring 4 review.
Sleep tracking is where it shines, I said in my Oura ring 4 review. It gave me more detailed data than any wrist-based smartwatch or fitness tracker I’d tested, and activity tracking is among the best I’ve found on a smart ring. I was also able to eke out around six days of battery life with all the features switched on.
While the newer version is thinner and lighter, with improved sensors and slightly longer battery life, the Oura ring 4 has almost all the same health-tracking features, so you’re not missing out on anything. Just bear in mind you’ll need an Oura membership to get the most out of it, which costs £5.99 a month after the free trial.

Ultrahuman ring air
If you like the idea of an Oura ring but don’t fancy paying a monthly subscription, the Ultrahuman ring air is my favourite subscription-free alternative, and it’s been slashed by 25 per cent for Prime Day.
The sleek titanium ring can track everything from heart rate and blood oxygen to steps and sleep. Like the Oura ring, sleep tracking is fantastic. The wearable also looks at your movement and sleep data to turn it all into a single readiness score, which helped me decide when I was ready to push harder at the gym.
It’s a little bulkier than the Oura ring and its workout tracking isn’t as reactive, but with no ongoing subscription fee, it’s a great alternative, especially with 25 per cent off for Prime Day.

RingConn gen 2 air
While I haven’t tested the RingConn gen 2 air, I have tested its more expensive sibling – the RingConn gen 2, which I called the best budget smart ring in my round-up of the best smart rings.
One of the thinnest wearables I’ve tested, it’s super lightweight and comfortable, with accurate sleep and health tracking, and it has a super-lengthy battery life. There’s no subscription fee either.
The RingConn gen 2 air has most of the same features – it can track sleep, stress, heart rate, blood oxygen, skin temperature and activity, with up to 10 days of battery life.
Where it differs is in its design – the air is made from stainless steel instead of titanium, and there’s no charging case or sleep apnoea monitoring. If that doesn’t bother you, this is a seriously cheap smart ring that performs well for its price.
