Brighton defender Martin Montoya has sung the praises of manager Graham Potter.
Montoya admits he's enjoying the style of football demanded by the Englishman.
The Spaniard said, "This season we play good football and we also win, which is important. The good thing is that we have the ball and create the chance.
"We play the ball from the defence and we have plenty of ball possession as well.
"We play an attractive form of football, and maybe it's different from what people are used to."
