Burnley are launching a bid for Chelsea defender Fikayo Tomori.
The Daily Star says Burnley are prepared to splash the cash on Tomori.
The defender, 21, spent last season on loan at Derby where he impressed under Frank Lampard, playing an integral part in the Rams' run to the play-off final.
But should the Chelsea boss decide he is surplus to requirements, Clarets chief Sean Dyche will be first in line to swoop for the Canadian-born starlet.
Dyche expects Chelsea to sell for 15m.
