PUTRAJAYA - The Malaysian Immigration Department website is temporarily down to carry out maintenance work after it was suspected to be hacked.
The department made the announcement through its Facebook page, today.
"Please contact the online inquiry system (OIS) at https://eapp.imi.gov.my/ for further questions.
"We are sorry for any inconvenience caused," the department wrote.
The Immigration website was suspected to be hacked by a party presenting itself as CaptainSmok3r.
