Though China doesn’t have a monarchy, the country does have royalty — in the form of Labubu dolls, and they continue to take the internet by storm.

The viral plush toy is now being crowned by Chinese fans, who are dressing their collections in royal regalia. Dubbed the ‘Labubu Imperial Crown’ trend, this social media craze sees collectors transforming their dolls into pocket-sized emperors and empresses.

We’re talking dragon-phoenix crowns, embroidered robes, and even nine-dragon headdresses. Toy shops across China have jumped on the bandwagon, now stocking miniature attires and accessories tailored for these furry royals.

In today’s China, cute just doesn’t cut it anymore; your Labubu needs to rule a kingdom.
