Kota Kinabalu: A total of 60 students from the Gaya Campus Teacher Education Institute (IPG) attended the Current Issues Briefing programme.Assistant Minister of Finance II, Tan Lee Fatt had officiated the programme which was organised by the Kota Kinabalu District Information Office (PPD) at the Gaya IPG Hall, on Saturday.

Tan who is also Likas Assemblyman, informed that the objective of the programme was to increase the confidence and understanding of the community regarding current issues. Among the contents of the one-day programme was a briefing titled coping with the heat-stroke and heat fatigue delivered by the Medical Officer of the Kota Kinabalu Regional Health Office, Dr Mohd Hafizuddin Ahmad.
