Independent preacher in remand over fraud in development of religious school

Selangor police chief Datuk Hussein Omar Khan was reported to have said that the police had received two reports regarding the fraud case, in the Gombak and Shah Alam districts, respectively, involving two victims, both women in their early 40s.

SHAH ALAM - An independent preacher is on remand for three days from today to assist in the investigation over a recent fraud case involving RM140,000 for the development of a religious school.

The remand order against the 39-year-old suspect was issued by Magistrate Mohamad Redza Azhar Rezali.
