Soccer fans are being charged exorbitant amounts of money at the 2026 FIFA World Cup, but some tickets are simply not worth the price.
Historically, soccer has always been viewed as a working-class sport, but in recent years, that notion has continued to fade.
Now, with the USA being one of the hosts for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, the sport is getting further away from the reach of an average Joe.
Although the USA has some excellent stadiums in the country, not every seat in them is equal, and some seats are simply awful, yet fans are expected to pay a ridiculous price for them.
Boston Stadium’s worst seats exposed by soccer influencer
Soccer influencer Cameron Guzzo is on a mission to find the worst seats in popular stadiums this World Cup. This time around, Guzzo’s search brought him to the Boston Stadium.
Yes, the same stadium that will host the World Cup quarter-final matchup between the winners of Matches 89 and 90. Returning to Guzzo’s video, the influencer next explained the worst seats in the stadium.
“This is one of the 11 NFL stadiums being used in this World Cup, and despite it being in the middle of the pack in terms of age, recent renovations, and its unique design, make it one of the league’s top venues.
“It normally takes a few laps around the stadium to find the worst seat, but I was able to spot it almost immediately after I walked in here,” Guzzo said.
He added, “All the worst seats in here happen to be around press boxes and the upper deck seats. Two seats in particular really stood out… Section 310, row 26, seat 19.”
Even the top NFL venues are unable to avoid having at least a couple of bad seats, but what is the reason behind this particular seat in this stadium?

Guzzo then explained in detail what made this particular seat one of the worst seats that he had ever sat on in a stadium.
“This seat is in the very last row of the upper deck, and the press box blocks your view of nearly half the pitch,” Guzzo continued.
“The exact same seat on the other side of these [press] boxes has this exact issue, just mirrored. It’s just as impossible to see other goal here,” he stated.
The only reason why Guzzo didn’t declare the mirrored seat as the worst was because of the giant scoreboard being visible from there. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the previous seat.
