Despite boasting two F1 world championships and 32 Grand Prix wins in his own personal trophy collection, Fernando Alonso also owns an impressive assortment of cars that he is often seen driving around the streets of Monaco.

The Aston Martin star, who earns an estimated £20m-a-year through his full-time drive at the Silverstone-based F1 team, has a wide variety of brands inside his personal collection, ranging from one-of-one supercars to rally icons to hatchbacks.

In its entirety, the total value of Alonso’s car collection is gauged at around £32m ($43m), and reflects that of a true enthusiast for anything with four wheels.

The Spaniard has developed a reputation for voicing his frustrations at the wheel of sub-par F1 machinery. In the midst of Aston Martin’s struggles in the current campaign, he certainly has some nice cars to take his mind off things.

Alonso’s latest addition to his 10+ strong collection of cars is arguably his most eye-catching. The Aston Martin star was recently seen driving a one-of-a-kind Pagani Zonda Diamante around Monaco after the Miami Grand Prix.

He was also recently spotted at the wheel of a super-rare Mercedes CLK GTR in the principality, which is one of just 25 road-legal versions of the GT1 race car that were made. Auctions for the icon have reached eight figures in recent years.

Of course, the Ferrari LaFerrari is an obvious member of Alonso’s entourage. The Spaniard helped develop the iconic Italian brand’s first-ever hybrid model during his time at Maranello, and owns a unique black and red edition of the hypercar.

Lamborghini’s first-ever electric model, the Sian, also holds a place in Alonso’s garage, alongside the legendary Ferrari F40, which is considered to be Maranello’s best creation to date. The Ferrari 512 TR is another car from the Prancing Horse that he owns.

The Adrian Newey-designed Aston Martin Valkyrie is another of Alonso’s most exclusive cars. Tipped to be the closest road-legal comparison to an actual Formula 1 car, the 1,100+ horsepower beast shares a similar silhouette to the British manufacturer’s WEC entry.

Fernando Alonso also owns a range of motorsport icons

While hypercars make up the majority of Alonso’s collection, he still has space for a vast range of motorsport icons and more comfortable daily drivers. The 44-year-old recently became a father, so the sporty two-seaters may have to take a backseat in the coming years.

The most humble member of the collection is his Toyota Yaris hybrid that sits alongside a Ford GT Heritage Edition, which pays tribute to the American automotive giant’s heyday in the 24 Hours of Le Mans.

As one of the most recognisable figures in motorsport, the Yaris is perfect for a more chilled drive in cases that he doesn’t want to draw attention to himself.

On the opposite side of the coin is his Lancia Delta Integrale, complete with the full Martini livery that dominated the World Rally Championship in the late 1980s/early 1990s.

The Aston Martin DBX707 is also a regular daily driver for Alonso. Hailed as the most powerful SUV on the market, it is reportedly his go-to car in Monaco, alongside his personalised Aston Martin Valiant, which was custom-made with a manual transmission.
