It’s official, POP MART has unveiled its new two-storey store at Resorts World Sentosa (RWS), along with the first POP BAKERY in Southeast Asia.
Singapore’s flagship store, the new standalone store is designed with a dual-space immersive layout. On the first floor, find POP MART’s classic flagship retail store that’s complete wth a range of merchandise, seasonal collections, and local exclusives. Upstairs, find POP BAKERY, POP MART’s standalone dessert concept serving up decadent sweet creations.
Chef executive officer of Resorts World Sentosa, Lee Shi Ruh, shares: “As the first concept of its kind in the region, [POP MART’s newest store in Resorts World Sentosa] brings together exclusive collectables, themed dining experiences and character interactions under one roof, adding a fresh new dimension to our destination.”
“This new store at Resorts World Sentosa brings our characters to life in a space where fans can shop, discover and immerse themselves in the POP MART universe,” shares Justin Moon, POP MART’s chief growth officer. Moon adds that POP MART friend Twinkle Twinkle will also make its first overseas residency at the store. The adorable character’s first-ever overseas debut, anticipate up-close and personal interactions with the character, who will have regular meet-and-greets each week.
To mark the grand opening, POP MART introduces a line-up of exclusive limited-edition products — think Singapore-exclusive pendants and storage bags, and the POP BEAN Twinkle Twinkle Journey in Singapore Set. POP MART Resorts World Sentosa Singapore will also be the first to launch the GO AROUND WITH POP MART Series, featuring Singapore-exclusive merchandise.
Along with exclusive products, look out for in-store appearances by the artists behind HACIPUPU and CHAKA, as well as exclusive fan meet-and-greets and autograph sessions.
At the bakery, find playful desserts, handcrafted beverages, and more. Here, you’ll find fan favourites, like the Twinkle Twinkle Twin Popsicles that sees a refreshing blend of mango and milk. The Twinkle Twinkle Dreamy Banana Pastry is another standout, which sees crisp pastry filled with dark chocolate whipped ganache and caramelised banana. For something refreshing, the Twinkle Twinkle Mango Sago drink comes layered with fresh mango, coconut milk, pink grapefruit, mango puree, and silky milk foam.
Beyond fan favourites, anticipate Singapore-exclusive creations inspired by local flavours. Look out for the Go Around with Twinkle Twinkle, a sea salt and coconut-flavoured popsicle shaped like Twinkle Twinkle dressed as the Merlion. The PUCKY Xiao Long Bao dessert is a nod to our favourite soup dumpling, featuring soy milk panna cotta and ice cream. The Twinkle Twinkle Tangy Coconut Mousse is another Singapore-exclusive that’s available with pineapple filling or red bean filling. The sweet treat comes in an edible chocolate coconut shell.
