Juventus are set to outbid Inter Milan for Torino defender Gleison Bremer.
The Brazil international is preparing to leave Toro this summer and was expected to join Inter Milan.
But TMW says Juve and Toro have reached an agreement over a price for Bremer.
Toro have accepted a €47m offer, which is out of reach for Inter.
The Nerazzurri have now stepped aside to allow Juve to close a deal for Bremer.
