An inter-school English declamation contest was organised at Sushila Devi Public School, Patiala, in collaboration with the Rotary Club. Dr BL Bhardwaj was the chief guest. Students from 14 reputed schools participated in the competition and expressed their views confidently on a range of thought-provoking topics. The participants delivered impressive speeches with confidence, clarity and expression. The judges appreciated the students for their command over language, stage presence and presentation skills. The winners were honoured during the prize distribution ceremony, marking a fitting conclusion to the event.
