- Two young children died in a house fire in Wolverhampton.
- Emergency services were called to the blaze on Mason Street at about 8.30pm on Friday.
- Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus rescued the children from the property, but they were pronounced dead at the scene.
- Two other children and a woman managed to escape the fire and did not require hospital treatment.
- Police have cordoned off the extensively damaged property and are investigating the cause of the fire.
