Gurukul Global School, Manimajra, organised its investiture ceremony for the academic session 2026–27, formally entrusting responsibilities to the newly elected Student Council. The chief guest was SP Arora (IAS officer). The ceremony was attended by Managing Director Parveen Setya, Principal, Vice-Principal, faculty members, and students. The programme commenced on a spiritual note with the chanting of the ‘Gayatri Mantra’ and an English prayer, creating a serene and auspicious atmosphere. A major highlight of the event was the conferring of badges and sashes on the newly elected Student Council members. Kashvi Gulati was appointed as the Head Girl, while Suvansh Sharma assumed the responsibility of Head Boy. The council also included the Editor-in-Chief, School Captains, Cultural Captains, and Discipline Captains, who pledged to uphold the values, discipline, and dignity of the institution. The House Council was also formally inducted during the ceremony. Badges were presented to the Senior House Captains, Senior Vice-Captains, Senior Prefects, Prefects, Junior House Captains, and Junior Vice-Captains. Each student leader solemnly took an oath to discharge their duties with sincerity, dedication, and integrity. Addressing the gathering, chief guest SP Arora motivated the students to lead with responsibility, confidence, and commitment, encouraging them to become role models for their peers. The Principal congratulated the newly appointed council members and highlighted the significance of teamwork, discipline, and effective leadership in shaping a progressive school environment. The ceremony concluded on a note of pride, enthusiasm, and motivation, marking the beginning of a promising journey of student leadership and service for the session 2026–27.
