IPOH, Sept 30 — Police have detained a Myanmar national on suspicion of murdering his wife at a house in Kampung Kuala Kuang, Chemor, near here.

Ipoh district police chief ACP Abang Zainal Abidin Abang Ahmad said the 37-year-old suspect was arrested after police found his wife unconscious at the house at about 3.40 pm yesterday.
