Celtic are not keen on Arsenal's payment structure of a deal for Kieran Tierney.
The Gunners' initial offer of 15m was rejected by the Bhoys, who then also knocked back a structured bid of 25m.
Sky Sports says the Scottish champions want a more simplified deal for the 22-year-old fullback.
Tierney has made 180 appearances for Celtic and remains under contract until 2023.
