It was more than 25 years ago when Jaeger-LeCoultre’s first-ever standalone mono-brand boutique was opened here in Malaysia. Now, the brand has reopened the doors to its boutique in Pavilion Kuala Lumpur in August 2025. With a design vision inspired by the Vallée de Joux, the store is created with the help of natural colour palettes and organic textures. Additionally, the open-plan layout also includes carpets that are utilised to mirror the valley’s landscape alongside architecture that reflects its beloved Reverso.
Of course, at the all-new Jaeger-LeCoultre boutique, timeless timepieces continue to take the spotlight. Whether it’s the Reverso, Rendez-Vous, Master Grande Tradition or Polaris, the watches showcase the Maison’s artistry and innovations — an invitation into its spirited world of horology. Head to the Manufacture Wall and you will be able to see its 180 in-house métiers, starting from design, production, finishing, assembly and ornamentation.
The Maison’s 192-year history can also be seen on the Manufacture Table which also highlights four Métiers Rares™. They include engraving, guillochage, enamelling and gem-setting. And that’s not all! There’s a Personalisation Wall where customers can check out Jaeger-LeCoultre’s strap collection or add customisation to Monoface Reverso models.
The debut of 1931 Café in the Pavilion Kuala Lumpur boutique is special. Not only is it the first of its kind in Malaysia but in Southeast Asia too! Acclaimed Parisian chef Nina Métayer helms the kitchen here offering Vallée de Joux-inspired beverages and pastries. Also part of the Maison’s Made of Makers™ programme is its collaboration with artist Alex Trochut on a dedicated tile installation at the cafe.
