Jake Paul ‘learned his lesson’ after Anthony Joshua fight

  • YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul said he “learned” his “lesson” after being stopped by Anthony Joshua in December, which resulted in a broken jaw.
  • Paul, 29, told The Pat McAfee Show on Wednesday: “I’m going to get cleared officially to spar in the next couple of weeks.”
  • He added: “[The jaw] heals back stronger. I just probably won’t fight Olympic gold-medal heavyweights anymore. I learned my lesson.”
  • Paul said he is in talks with “multiple opponents”, including a MMA fight with Nate Diaz, whom he previously defeated in a boxing match.
  • Anthony Joshua is scheduled to fight Kristian Prenga in Saudi Arabia on 25 July as a warm-up bout for a potential clash with Tyson Fury.
