• Eckhart had previously settled a sexual assault lawsuit against former Fox News anchor Ed Henry, who denied her rape allegations.
• After her legal battle ended, Eckhart focused on advocating for trauma survivors through her podcast and nonprofit organization.
• In July of last year, Eckhart had assault charges against her dropped by Florida prosecutors due to insufficient evidence.
