Tuaran: The Women’s Legal Aid Centre (WLAC) of the Sabah Women’s Affairs Department (Jhewa) handled 46 cases related to family and persecution from the perspective of syariah, civil and custom in the first six months this year, said Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor.

He said based on the latest statistics from January to June 2022, 40 cases were handled in Kota Kinabalu, four in Kota Belud and two in Sandakan.
