Continuing its winning track record, Jaguar Land Rover Malaysia (JLRM) has once again clinched the esteemed Retailer of the Year (Asia Pacific) award at the Jaguar Land Rover Retailer Awards 2022/2023, marking the third consecutive year and fourth time for this remarkable achievement.
Recognising top Jaguar Land Rover retailers from across the region, the annual Retailer of the Year Award sets a benchmark for retailers to adhere to the highest standards in delivering exceptional retail customer experiences and JLRM has clearly went above and beyond to achieve these thus its win was a well deserved one.
Moreover, nominees are assessed against specific performance criteria in three categories: marketing, sales, and customer service, as well as staff training and retailer presentation. JLRM has excellent marketing, we all know that, sales are definitely not an issue as the wealthy love the brand and its customer service is top notch.
