Joao Pedro is frustrated after seeing Watford reject an offer from Newcastle United for him.
Chronicle Live reports Newcastle have had a £20m offer for the Brazilian youngster turned down.
The Brazilian is eager to join countrymen Bruno Guimaraes and Joelinton. Indeed, Pedro's representatives are somewhat mystified by Watford's response to Newcastle's huge bid.
Not least because a similar fee was accepted only days ago for Emmanuel Dennis who signed for Premier League new boys Nottingham Forest.
However, Newcastle aren't giving up and will return with a new, improved offer in the coming days.
