- England international John Stones has joined Inter Milan on a two-year contract, the Serie A club have announced.
- The 32-year-old centre-back was a free agent after ending his decade-long tenure at Manchester City in June.
- Stones, who had attracted interest from clubs across Europe, made 295 appearances for City after his £47.5m move from Everton in 2016.
- He won winning six Premier League titles, three FA Cups and a Champions League title at the Etihad Stadium.
- Inter Milan won Serie A last season, finishing 11 points clear of Napoli last season.
