The 35-year-old had earlier said her main target this year is to compete in the Arnold European Strongwoman Championship scheduled from October 13-15 in Madrid, Spain.

She did not receive any financial assistance on her trip to Singapore but hoped the government would support her to Spain.

“This is a very huge international event with the presence of world top contenders and the last Arnold classic I competed was in 2018 in Africa where I managed to finish third.

“The cost will not be cheap and I hope the Youth and Sports Ministry will assist me financially to cover at least my flight fares and registration fees,” she said.
