JPJ suspends MYEG and Zetrix as collection agents starting Monday

THE Road Transport Department (JPJ) is suspending the services of My EG Sdn Bhd and Zetrix AI Bhd, both part of the MYEG Group, as the department's collection agents, effective this coming Monday.

JPJ Director-General Datuk Aedy Fadly Ramli said the decision was made after considering compliance with the terms and conditions of the agreement, as well as obligations that the companies have yet to fulfil or resolve.

"JPJ wishes to announce that the services of My EG Sdn Bhd and Zetrix AI Berhad, under the MYEG Group, as collection agents on behalf of JPJ will be suspended effective 12:01 am on October 5," he said.

Following this decision, Aedy added that all JPJ services previously offered through MYEG Group channels would also be suspended starting this Monday.

However, the JPJ has assured the public that its services will continue as usual through the official and alternative channels provided by the department.

Earlier, the Ministry of Transport confirmed that digital services company Zetrix AI Bhd owes the federal government over RM200 million in unremitted public collections. – October 2, 2026
