Kam Curl has questioned why NFL players are expected to pay full price for World Cup tickets, even when matches are being held at their own stadiums.

A Dexerto post said Curl called it “crazy” that NFL players are expected to pay full price for World Cup tickets.
Curl made the point during an appearance on Up & Adams with Kay Adams, where he discussed the lack of a player discount for matches at SoFi Stadium.
His frustration came through clearly when he said: “It’s crazy, y’all at our stadium.”
He also suggested he might just watch from home if prices stay high, which says plenty. This is a Rams starter under contract, not a casual fan priced out of an ordinary game.

Curl plays safety for the Los Angeles Rams and signed a three-year, $36 million deal that can reach $39 million with incentives.
The contract reportedly includes $24 million guaranteed and carries an average annual value of $12 million. On paper, that makes the ticket complaint easy to mock.
Still, his point is not really about whether he can afford it.
Curl also gave the Rams real production in 2025. He played all 17 regular-season games, totaling 79 tackles, two interceptions, two sacks and one forced fumble.
That may not win universal agreement, but it explains the viral reaction. Curl turned a ticket-price gripe into a sharper question about who gets access when the World Cup takes over NFL territory.
