Kota Kinabalu: KeepItUp proved why it was considered the favourite by winning the latest Royal Sabah Turf Club (RSTC) Fortune Bowl race at the Tambalang racecourse.
The horse with the greatest rating out of the group, KeepItUp, made a move in the final 100 metres and outran seven other seasoned horses to cross the finish line first.
After taking the lead at the home turn, Classic Head, one of the early favourites, had victory in sight but was forced to settle for second place.
