KOTA BHARU - Kelantan Menteri Besar Datuk Mohd Nassuruddin Daud files a lawsuit against Galas assemblyman Mohd Syahbuddin Hashim and Kota Lama assemblyman Dr Hafidzah Mustakim over defamation towards him of bringing about 'fitrah takfiri'.
Besides those two opposition assemblymen, Nassuruddin also filed a lawsuit against Kelantan Umno chairman Datuk Ahmad Jazlan Yaakub related to the same issue.
"Yesterday (Monday), a summon letter had been sent to Galas assemblyman's lawyer (Mohd Syahbuddin).
"After this, it will be Kota Lama assemblyman (Dr Hafidzah) and Ahmad Jazlan," he revealed at a press conference after the Kelantan assemblymen swearing-in ceremony at Kota Darul Naim today.
