KENINGAU: A Special Educational Needs teacher from Keningau Vocational College, Kan Fook Keong has been announced as the winner of World Changer Award by Special Education Network and Inclusion Association on March 2 this year.
Kan is a specialist teacher for special needs learners especially hearing-impaired and learners with learning disorder.
“His effort in helping the students in sign language performance and vegan project earned him the global accolade,” said the College Head of Research and Innovation, Dr Sirhajwan Idek, here.
