Kerry Katona defends letting eight-year-old daughter use social media

Kerry Katona has defended letting her youngest daughter use social media after being grilled by Susanna Reid on Good Morning Britain.

Appearing on the show on Tuesday (21 July) with her 19-year-old daughter Heidi, the reality TV star discussed the rise of young girls using anti-ageing skincare products after seeing them being promoted online.

As Heidi expressed concern that her younger sister, Dylan-Jorge, 12, had watched many such videos, Reid interjected to ask why Kerry would allow her access to social media.

Kerry, who let Dylan-Jorge use social media from the age of eight, defended her decision. “As much as I try to keep her off it, everybody else is doing it. It's hard.”
