Galatasaray are chasing Chelsea midfield pair Tiemoue Bakayoko and Danny Drinkwater.
Aksam says Galatasaray are interested in Drinkwater and Bakayoko and board member Sukru Haznedar is currently in London to hold talks with Chelsea about the transfers.
It is understood Galatasaray face competition from Norwich and Brighton for the former England international.
Both Drinkwater and Bakayoko did not travel with the Chelsea squad for the final two games of pre-season, against RB Salzburg and Borussia Monchengladbach, which could be a clear indication to the players where they currently stand at the club.
Chelsea are currently under a two-window transfer ban from FIFA, following an investigation into their signing of foreign under-18 players.
