Kota Kinabalu: The Kibbas-Tambiau Sub-District Ecotourism Community has called for stronger State Government support to improve infrastructure and facilities to boost ecotourism development in the area.
The matter was raised during a courtesy call on Deputy Chief Minister II and Sabah Finance Minister Datuk Seri Masidi Manjun by the community, led by its chairman Jubair Juhinin, at his office.
Jubair said better infrastructure and facilities were important to support the community’s efforts to strengthen the ecotourism sector.
He also expressed hope that cooperation could be further strengthened to develop more ecotourism products and local produce that would benefit residents.
