
Kota Kinabalu: A former Sabah rugby player who was charged with murdering his younger sister two years ago, will go for trial on July 7-11 this year.
High Court Judge Datuk Dr Lim Hock Leng fixed the date for Arden Mattson Maturin, 29, when his case was brought up for mention to set the hearing date on Wednesday.

The charge under Section 302 of the Penal Code carries the death penalty or not less than 30 years jail and not more than 40 years jail, and with no less than 12 strokes of whipping, on conviction.
