The post Kind Soul Gifts RM110k Car to M’sian Single Mum Who Wakes Up at 4 AM Daily to Send OKU Son to School appeared first on WORLD OF BUZZ.

A Malaysian single mother was gifted a vehicle worth around RM110,000 by a kind benefactor after it was discovered that she spent at least two hours every morning commuting with her children. Among them is her differently-abled (OKU) son, whom she ensures reaches school safely every day.

PKR Deputy President, Nurul Izzah Anwar, took to her Facebook page to share the story of how this woman has dedicated her life to her children’s education despite immense personal hardship.

Kak Fad’s daily struggles to care for her children

Nurul Izzah wrote:

“This is the story of Kak Fad, an incredible single mother. She was abandoned by her husband 13 years ago without any support. She had no choice but to shoulder the family’s burdens, raising four children entirely on her own.”

“Kak Fad does not come from a wealthy background and was only educated to primary school level. She relies solely on her earnings from sewing clothes. Some months she earns RM400; other months, she earns nothing at all. There are times when she cannot afford to feed herself, yet she always ensures her children eat first and never go hungry.”

Every day, Kak Fad wakes at 4 AM to begin a gruelling two-hour journey to school. This involves taking a bus and the MRT before pushing her son’s wheelchair for 20 minutes to reach the gates.

“Whether in heavy rain, scorching heat, or even when she has a fever, this has been her daily routine for years,” Nurul Izzah added.

Upon learning of the woman’s hardships, Nurul Izzah reached out to various parties in the hope of securing assistance. Her efforts were rewarded when a generous donor stepped forward to provide a Chery Omoda 5, valued at nearly RM110,000.

“At first, I couldn’t believe it, but a servant of Allah answered my call by sponsoring a Chery Omoda 5 for Kak Fad’s family!”

“Syukur Alhamdulillah, Kak Fad’s prayers have finally been answered. With this new ‘horse’, Kak Fad no longer has to wake up at 4 AM, endure the cold while waiting for the bus by the roadside, or navigate the MRT and a 20-minute walk just to get her children to school,” she shared.

Nurul Izzah also noted that the vehicle provides more than just transport; Kak Fad can now utilise it to work as an e-hailing driver to earn a more stable living.
