HIS Majesty Sultan Ibrahim, King of Malaysia, has paid tribute to the nation’s police force, commending their unwavering service and sacrifices in safeguarding public and national stability.
Sultan Ibrahim conveyed his wishes in conjunction with the 219th Police Day, extending appreciation to all members of the Royal Malaysia Police as well as veterans.
The monarch, who serves as Honorary Commissioner-in-Chief of the force, acknowledged the commitment of officers who continue to carry out their duties under all circumstances, including during festive periods and emergencies.

“May Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala always protect all members of the police force in every task they carry out.
“Al-Fatihah for those who have passed away and left us forever. May they be placed among the believers and the martyrs,” His Majesty said in Facebook post on Wednesday.
He said the readiness of police personnel to serve at all times reflects their crucial role as one of the nation’s primary lines of defence, ensuring the safety and well-being of the rakyat.
