HIS Majesty Sultan Ibrahim, King of Malaysia, has paid tribute to members of the Malaysian Armed Forces (ATM) for their service and sacrifices in defending the country’s sovereignty and security.
Sultan Ibrahim conveyed the tribute in a Facebook post marking the 93rd Malaysian Armed Forces Day.
The King, who is also the Supreme Commander of the ATM, prayed that all serving personnel would be blessed with good health, strength and a high fighting spirit as they carry out their duties and responsibilities for the country.

He also honoured ATM veterans for their contributions and sacrifices throughout their years of service, while remembering those who had died.
“Al-Fatihah to those who have left us forever. May their souls be showered with mercy, their sins forgiven, and may they be placed among the faithful and those who have performed righteous deeds,” said the King.
