Kota Kinabalu: Residents around Tuaran and Kota Kinabalu will have water to celebrate the Chinese New Year, it has been reported.

The water supply is expected to be improved before the end of this month because the second phase of Tuaran’s Delibang Water Treatment Plant 2 pipe connection work is almost complete, OCDN reported.

Sabah Works Minister Datuk Shahelmey Yahya said the new water treatment plant has been in operation since last month, but it has not yet been able to provide sufficient water due to pipeline problems, the report said.
