The KPop Demon Hunters (2025) merchandise collection is adding a new interactive replica of Rumi’s signature weapon, the Sain-geom sword. Designed for both play and display, the full-size electronic sword recreates details from the Netflix animated film, including illuminated elements and sound effects.
At around 40 inches long, the sword is designed to resemble the weapon wielded by Rumi, the leader and main vocalist of HUNTR/X. The new release joins the growing range of KPop Demon Hunters merchandise, which includes character dolls, trading cards, footwear, costumes and other collectibles inspired by the film.

What features does the Rumi Sain-geom sword have?
The interactive replica is designed with more than 50 LEDs and sound effects inspired by the film. It has four different modes and can respond to movement, music and singing.
When the sword is swung, its lights can activate different patterns. It can also respond to music from KPop Demon Hunters, with the lighting effects changing in time with the songs. The sword can even react to the sound of the user’s singing.
The design takes inspiration from Rumi‘s Sain-geom, also known as the Four Tiger Sword, with glowing runes and constellation-inspired details across its illuminated blade.
When will the Rumi sword be released?
The interactive Rumi Sain-geom sword is scheduled for release on 1 July 2027. It is currently available for pre-order, with the release date applying to the upcoming product.
What comes with the Rumi Sain-geom sword?
Alongside the approximately 40-inch electronic sword, the set includes a clear, purple-tinted display stand featuring the HUNTR/X logo. The stand allows the sword to be displayed when it is not being used.
The sword also has a rechargeable battery and a USB-C port, which can be used when the sword is displayed with its illuminated features.
