KTI picks Knight Frank as its property manager

Kota Kinabalu: K.T.I. Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of KTI Landmark Berhad and a developer of the first mixed development in Luyang, The Logg has appointed Knight Frank Property Management, on Wednesday, as its exclusive property management firm.

KTI Landmark Berhad Group Executive Director Stella Loke signed the document representing the developer while Knight Frank Property Management Managing Director Kuruvilla Abraham representing the property management company signed the document on Thursday which officially appointed the Knight Frank Property Management for The Logg, a development that seamlessly combines residential, retail, and lifestyle elements.

Stella said The Logg heralds a new era of urban living in Luyang featuring luxurious residential units such as Shorea Tower, Astoria Tower and an apartment block, Park Hill, a 4-star Avani hotel, all anchored by the The Logg Mall and complemented by commercial units with and an array of retail and dining options.

Stella said this in her speech at the official appointment ceremony of Knight Frank Property Management to The Logg via signing two documents by K.T.I. Sdn Bhd represented by Stella and Knight Frank Malaysia by Kuruvilla at The Logg Sales Gallery in Kolombong here on Aug 28.

Together with Knight Frank Malaysia, she said KTI is dedicated to ensuring that their properties offer more than just value – they provide an enhanced living experience.

She said the company is thrilled to partner with Knight Frank Property Managements to ensure that The Logg offers an unparalled experience to the residents and mall shoppers.

“We are excited to introduce the Centricity program by Knight Frank Malaysia, designed exclusively for Shorea and Astoria residents.

“This program includes a range of services such as shuttle services, comprehensive home cleaning, pest control, and essential civil, electrical and plumbing works, all aimed at enriching the living experience,” she said.

Meanwhile, Knight Frank Malaysia Group Managing Director Keith Ooi who expressed his enthusiasm about the partnership with K.T.I Sdn Bhd, said The Logg is a groundbreaking development, and they are honored to be entrusted with its management.

He said this collaboration marks a significant milestone for both K.T.I. Sdn Bhd and Knight Frank Property Management, setting a new benchmark for property management excellence in Sabah.

He said Knight Frank Property Management oversees the day-to-day operations of the development, ensuring the highest standards of service and maintenance.

As part of the collaboration, Keith said K.T.I. Sdn Bhd, together with Knight Frank Property Management, will provide free home services for the first 200 purchasers of Shorea and Astoria units for the first two years.

He said these services include weekly cleaning, periodic pest control, air-conditioning maintenance, and adhoc repair services, offering residents unparalleled convenience and peace of mind.

“Additionally, residents of Shorea and Astoria will benefit from a shuttle service that transports them to designated locations in the city. Operating six days a week with six trips per day, this service is a value-added benefit by the developer in collaboration with Knight Frank Property Management, further enhancing the living experience at The Logg,” he added.
