Kota Kinabalu: KTI Group (KTI Landmark Berhad) has earned two five-star wins at the International Property Awards Asia Pacific 2026-2027 for its integrated mixed-use development, The Logg, in Kota Kinabalu.
The development won Best Mixed Use Architecture Malaysia and Best Mixed Use Development Malaysia, while also receiving a nomination for Best Mixed Use Development representing the Asia Pacific region under the International Property Awards.
The awards, regarded among the property industry’s recognised accolades, celebrate excellence in architecture, development, design and real estate across the Asia Pacific, with five-star recognition representing the highest national-tier achievement.
Located in Luyang, The Logg integrates residential, hospitality, commercial, retail and community components within a connected urban development designed for modern city living.
KTI Group Executive Director Wilson Loke said the recognition reflected the progress of Sabah’s property industry and acknowledged the contributions of consultants, architects, engineers, contractors and project teams involved in delivering the development.
