Kylie Kelce admitted she was genuinely surprised after hearing about Donna Kelce’s latest home project, describing the news as “earthshattering.”
The wife of former Philadelphia Eagles star Jason Kelce shared the story while talking about her mother-in-law’s plans for a house renovation.
For Kylie, the reaction had less to do with the remodel itself and more to do with how organized Donna usually is.

Kylie shared the story during an episode of the Not Gonna Lie podcast, where she explained how she first heard about Donna Kelce’s plans to make changes to her home.
“When I found out the news, I was, um, in our home, um, days before this news actually dropped when my mother-in-law herself told me that her plans going home were to get new windows,” Kelce said.
She added: “And that was a little earthshattering for me because Donna, she is well organized. She is far more structured than anyone that lives in our house.”
Kylie joked that the timing of the news caught her off guard, especially because Donna is typically known for being extremely organized and on top of household matters.
That is why hearing about a sudden home renovation project came as a bit of a surprise.

Kylie also explained that despite her surprise, she ultimately admired Donna for deciding to move forward with the renovation.
“And so, when I heard that she had scheduled this really just crazy remodel of getting her windows replaced, I thought, ‘Well done, Donna. Way to do something for yourself, way to make sure that your house is sound and, you know, ready for any of that Florida weather you might get,'” Kelce continued.
She concluded: “And also, her home is beautiful. And so, if it needed updating, obviously she would be the one to take care of that, ’cause like I said, she’s on top of that kind of stuff.”
Donna Kelce has become one of the most recognizable family figures around the NFL thanks to the success of her sons, Jason and Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce.
Kylie’s story offered another lighthearted glimpse into their family dynamic while highlighting Donna’s reputation for staying organized and proactive with everything she does.
