Vitesse Arnhem coach Leonid Slutsky is targeting another Chelsea loan signing this month.
Vitesse currently have Charly Musonda on a temporary deal this season.
And Slutsky told De Telegraaf: We are trying to get a different level of Chelsea player than in the past.
"Eduardo, Jake Clarke-Salter and Musonda are examples of this."
The Russian added: In the category of players that we focus on today, Chelsea's first goal is to let them out to Bundesliga or Serie A clubs. But maybe someone will be able to come at the end of the transfer window, as was last year - this happened with Musonda."
