Vitesse Arnhem coach Leonid Slutsky is delighted working with Charly Musonda this season.
The Chelsea midfielder is currently on-loan from Chelsea.
Slutsky told De Telegraaf: "His potential is very big.
"He is the best Chelsea player of his generation including Tammy Abraham and Ruben Loftus-Cheek.
"It is an important goal for me this season to get the real Musonda back, because he is such a great promise for the future, like Martin degaard last season."
